Q. Are you available 24 hours, 7 days a week?
A. We are open 24/7, 365 days of the year. We’re not like other companies who advertise this but don’t actually do it. You will always get a taxi from us.
Q. How much notice do you need for an airport trip?
A. We recommend 24 hours notice for a pick up from the airport. We usually have cars available for drop off on short notice.
Q. How do i setup an account with AvaRide Taxis?
A. You can go to the accounts section of this website and complete the form. One of our team member will get back to you, or you can call us on 01257 265555 and speak to our operator on how to setup an account.
Q. How do i know my car has arrived?
A. You will receive either a ring back or a text back from the driver to notify that he/she is outside. If you have booked via the app, you will get a notification.
Q. Do you have wheelchair taxis?
A. Yes, these vehicles are available on request. Please give us a call on 01257 265555.
Q. Do you accept credit/debit cards?
A. We accept all major credit & debit cards. This facility is also available in all of our vehicles.
